Dear Colleagues,
As you will all be aware, the new Dean of Business School, James O’Kane was due to join us on 01 February 2016.
I am writing to advise that, regrettably, James’ start date has now been postponed slightly, as James is recovering from a minor operation. James has been in regular contact with us to keep us updated and I am pleased to report that he is recovering well. His new start date is now scheduled for Monday 22 February. Should this change, I will of course be in touch to update you.
I’m sure you will all support James and join me in wishing him well in his recovery. In the meantime, Stewart Falconer will be providing continued interim support to the Business School, whilst also staying on with us in a part time role, which supports international activity, particularly in regard to maintaining and strengthening our existing relationships with our international partners.
