This will enable you to log and track calls anytime from anywhere 24/7.
You can also:
- Quickly and easily log support calls without having to contact the IS Service Desk.
- Track the progress of your calls.
- Update and add additional information to previously logged calls.
- Use self-service forms to log requests – ensuring we get the information we need from the start, saving you, and us time.
- Effortlessly check the status of the University’s services prior to logging a call via links to the Service Status screen.
- Easily look up answers to your IT questions via links to askNapier.
