​The Department of Employability & Opportunity has partnered with ENSA to launch a workshop initiative aimed at improving student employability. The Your Employability & Leadership Learning Opportunities (YELLO) workshops offer attendees enhanced personal and professional development, as well as giving student organisers valuable experience.

The first YELLO workshop took place on 2 November and was packed with practical exercises designed to help improve teamwork, communication and decision-making under pressure.

One of the sessions included a presentation on decision-making and communication by Charles Milroy, British Army and professional educator and trainer. More than 50 students attended the event and all were presented with a certificate of completion.
