If you have a service request that involves a bigger project (ie. more than couple of activities or people) please fill in our 
Marketing and Communications Service Request form and send back to idea@napier.ac.uk. You may not have all the answers yet but this provides a basis for a conversation to discuss and finalise your brief. This forms helps us ensure we have all the information we need to give you what you need.

Media relations
We work with local, national and international media to ensure the University's good news stories reach audiences at home and overseas. The team can also provide support with crisis communications such as information and statements to the media.

Corescripts/facts and figures
A set of concise summary documents called corescripts, which cover the University's main activities, strengths and initiatives are available. We also have a short 
facts and figures guide. They are must-reads for anyone who will be dealing with partner institutions, stakeholders and press and needs all the latest information and University messaging at their fingertips. Most come in a summary and extended version.
Internal communications
We are responsible for the news section of the staff intranet, other corporate publications and offer support and advice on a range of internal communications and crisis communications. Events
We provide a high quality events management service, advising, planning and managing events for the Senior Management Team, faculties and departments across the University.
