Agresso upgrade work, Tuesday 18 April
 
Description

​We are upgrading our finance system Agresso. This is a major upgrade, the last update being in 2010. This necessitates planned downtime to complete the work required and to ensure a smooth transition. There will be no user access from midday Tuesday 18 April until Tuesday 25 April. We will endeavour to ensure that the upgraded system is available as soon as possible within this time.

Please note this will affect the level of service the finance team can provide – we will be unable to create sales invoices, make bulk payments, access accurate student data regarding fees and accommodation balances, so we do apologies for the reduced level of service we can offer. We are available to take calls and payments but there will be a delay in responding to any queries until the system is back up and running.

The normal support process is in place during the upgrade time so any issues please contact the helpdesk on 3000 or use self-service on Unidesk.

The set of familiarisation videos are now available HERE so you can get a preview of the new system prior to it going live.

This upgrade will provide some clear user benefits in this phase 1 and further process improvement in phase two summary available HERE.
