The 2nd - 6th October is IT Service Week - a national celebration of IT Service Desks and the excellent customer service they provide.
The event is sponsored by the Service Desk Institute (SDI) who are an international professional body for Service Desks.
The IS Service Desk at Edinburgh Napier works tirelessly manning the phone lines and responding to email behind the scenes providing IT & Library help and advice to students and staff at the University.
It’s a busy team and those emails and telephone calls never stop arriving but the team thrive in this busy environment.
