Santander Universities is proud to announce the 2018 launch of the Santander W50 and W30 programs, organized in collaboration with the UCLA Anderson Executive Education (LA).

Since its introduction in 2011, the W50 program has aimed to support accomplished women to further develop their career. This six -day event, starting on 10th June, equips the next generation of female leaders with the tools, training and skills required to serve in executive positions. This is a unique opportunity that over 400 female leaders from the Santander University Partners have already taken advantage of. 

Applications to participate in the program must be submitted before 16th March 2018 by clicking on the following link: http://www.anderson.ucla.edu/executive-education/santanderw50. Participants will receive feedback on the application starting from 16th April 2018.

Tuition fees, hotel accommodation and select meals will be fully covered by Santander. All other travel expenses (including airfare) will have to be covered by the individual. More information regarding travel and accommodation will be provided upon admission to the course.

Launched in 2013, the W30 program is a three-day program taking place on 11th June 2018, designed to develop women leaders in university administration roles. Having welcomed over 200 female leaders from the Santander University Partners, the program aims to develop participants’ working and personal leadership skills, helping them succeed in the increasingly competitive Higher Education sector.
