Our Book Group

In 2015, we decided to organise a book group open to all members of staff at the University. The group will select and discuss fiction which features aspects of University life within the plotlines.

The book group is informal and meets every six to eight weeks. We meet at a local pub at around 5.30pm for an hour or so.

The book group is free to join and there is no expectation that book group members need to sign up to the AUA (though of course, you would be very welcome to do so).

The book group is intended to provide opportunities to meet with colleagues from across the University, who may have very different roles and experience in Higher Education.

Details of our next Book Group meeting:

The Humans - Matt Haig (August 25th 2016)
