Each class will have a maximum of 20 attendees with refreshments and lunch provided.
The course dates are spread over a period of time to allow for flexible planning and ensure minimal service delivery impact whilst training is ongoing.
The training syllabus will reflect the growing acceptance in most professions that psychological and mental health first aid assistance should be available to everyone and that all staff have a role to play.
Training will be conducted over a seven-hour period which includes lunch and comfort breaks.
