Room Moves and Staff Relocation

 

The Projects Team co-ordinate all room moves across the University Estate, working in tandem with Information Services and Property & Facilities Logistics departments.  

 

To request a room move, please complete the Online Room Move Form (at the bottom of the page).

 

An online form can be completed by the mover or a designated organiser.  An online form should be completed for each individual person (it is possible to have more than one individual person per request (see tab section of the form - uselful for group/dept room moves).

 

To ensure the move can be carried out timeously, a minimum of 5 working days notice is required for a room move and moves requiring enabling works should be notified with a minimum of four weeks notice.
