Room Moves and Staff Relocation


The Projects Team co-ordinate all room moves across the University Estate, working in tandem with Information Services and Property & Facilities Logistics departments.  


To request a room move

Please complete the Online Room Move Form: https://roommove.napier.ac.uk/access/login


An online form can be completed by the mover or a designated Room Move coordinator.  An online form should be completed for each individual person (it is possible to have more than one individual person per request (see tab section of the form - uselful for group/dept room moves).


To ensure the move can be carried out timeously, a minimum of 5 working days notice is required for a room move and moves requiring enabling works should be notified with a minimum of four weeks notice.
