Welcome to Student Accommodation

We offer accommodation to new students and limited postgraduate students studying at Edinburgh Napier University.  We have just over 950 purpose built flats that are located within the city centre.  All are on good bus routes to the campuses and offer "home from home" living. 

Each site has a team of Senior Residents who act as a first point of contact if the students have any concerns whilst living at the accommodation.  They are older students who have lived in our accommodation in previous years and help students settle in to their new surroundings.  All sites also have a dedicated Accommodation Officer who is on hand to help when needed. They are the people to speak to if students wish to leave the accommodation, are having trouble paying their rent or having problems with their accommodation or flat mates. 

New Student Residential Development

The University will have a new development of 778 new en-suite student bed spaces in Fountainbridge. The cluster flats will accommodate up to 8 students per flat.  The site is across from the Fountain Park complex, a central location for our students which is within walking distance of the city centre, our Merchiston campus and direct buses serving Craiglockhart and Sighthill.

Social space and space for use by clubs and societies is being planned on the site.  The University will also create a new park which will be adjacent to the BREEAM excellent buildings that will be constructed.
