The Flat Developments

We have 198 flats at 5 developments in the city centre, all are on good bus routes to the University campuses. They are mainly 4, 5 or 6 bedroomed flats with shared shower/WC's and kitchen/lounge areas.  The flats are fully furnished and have adequate cooking facilities, however, items such as crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and bedding will need to be provided by the students.

Laundry Facilities

West Bryson Road, Riego Street and Morrison Circus have washing machines in the flats.

West Tollcross/Fountainbridge and Wrights Houses both have central coin operated laundry rooms on site which have both washing machines and tumble driers.

Internet and Phone Provision

We use Keycom, a third party provider for the internet and telephony services.  The internet service is free to all students within our residences.  The telephone is also free to register and only outgoing calls are charged.

West Tollcross/Fountainbridge have internet provided by Cablecom, a third party provider.  There is no phone provision at this site.
