Our University wide travel survey is open until Friday 7th April. All staff and students are encouraged to complete the survey, providing as much information as possible on travel choices made and any issues experienced whilst travelling to and from the University. All information gained will be anonymised and used to develop a new Travel Plan. The Plan will set actions and targets for supporting staff and students covering all modes of transport and will allow the University to use the information gained to apply for external funding and work with partners such as The City of Edinburgh Council for noted issues external to our sites. As a thank you, we have one £100 and four £50 shopping vouchers to be won. Complete the survey at www.napier.ac.uk/travelsurvey Please do not hesitate to contact Jamie Pearson, Environmental Sustainability Manager, with any queries.

Hello! And welcome to our intranet pages. For a general sweep of information covering all aspects of environmental sustainability at Edinburgh Napier visit any of the categories listed to the left of this page. We also have a presentation you can view for a broad introduction and overview of our work. If you have any queries from the presentation, or any of the information contained within our intranet pages, do not hesitate to contact Jamie Pearson.
We're progressing well with the development of our Environmental Management System (EMS). With the support of EcoCampus we are using the EMS to pull together all historic, current and future work, plans and aspirations covering all aspects of environmental impact at Edinburgh Napier. For more information on the purpose and benefit of an EMS, visit our EMS pages. We gained Gold status, the third stage of EMS development with EcoCampus on Wednesday 18th March 2015. We aim to apply for Platinum and ISO14001 status within the 2016/17 academic year. For an overview of our high level aims and commitments read our Environmental Sustainability Policy.
As always, we rely on your support and enthusiasm for the development of all environmental work at the University. If there's anything you can't find on any of our pages or if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Jamie Pearson. Our campaigns and/or key pieces of information are also publicised on the University Facebook and Twitter account @EdinburghNapier as well as my.Napier and our own Environmental Sustainability Team Twitter @SustainableENU and Facebook accounts.
