Hazards
If you discover a hazard, or potential hazard, to the health and safety of yourself or others, you should IMMEDIATELY inform your line manager in the first instance.
All dangerous occurrences/near misses should be reported on the official University Health & Safety Incident report form as per the incident reporting procedure.
