University Strategies

In 2008/09 the University conducted a major strategic review, providing an opportunity for analysis and reflection on our performance since 2004, and the implications of external change for our priorities towards 2015. The Review has reaffirmed much of the broad strategic direction in our 2004 – 2010 Strategic Plan and has also highlighted new approaches and actions we can take.
