Student & Academic Services aim to provide effective and responsive recruitment, admission and administration services to support the student journey; to provide student development and wellbeing support services to enhance student retention, success and graduate employability; and to maintain procedures to assure academic quality and standards.

Specifically, we provide a range of services including UK/EU student recruitment, admissions, college partnerships, Student HUB and information provision, Information Office enquiries, campus receptions, matriculation, student records, examinations, graduation, student appeals/complaints/conduct, research student administration, timetabling, student systems, Points Based Immigration advice and compliance, international student support, exchange and study abroad opportunities, student funding, counselling, disability & inclusion, multi-faith provision, careers, mentoring, Confident Futures, student learning advice and academic quality.
