The bulletin boards are where important announcements for users of SITS and Syllabus Plus are stored.
They are held the Systems Team SharePoint site which can be accessed from the link below.
For SITS users they will post details and announcements on the following:
- System Availabilty
- Updates and upgrades
- Impending processing deadlines
- Changes to procedures
- Training documents
For Syllabus Plus users they will post details and announcements on the following:
- Scheduling progress
- Timetabling deadlines
- System availibility
- Trouble shooting
- Training information
- Room audit results
We would like to advise all users of both systems to sign up for bulletin board alerts on the sharepoint site. This will ensure you do not miss any important information sent by the Systems Team.
