Audit Committee

The Audit Committee is the committee of the Court of Edinburgh Napier University that is established to ensure that the University complies with the mandatory requirements of the Funding Council's Code of Audit Practice and to advise the Court on a range of other key aspects of the University's  operation, including its arrangements for risk management  and its external and internal audits.
