Important notice for academic staff - requests for changes to software on IS managed desktops

Information Services manage an annual academic software application development and review cycle. 
Any changes to centrally deployed university software required for teaching for academic session 2019/2020 must be submitted to Information Services by Wednesday, 1 May.  This includes requests for new software, updates to existing software or the retiral of software no longer required.
These should be submitted via the UniDesk Self Service web portal Software Request Form.
Submitting changes by 1 May will enable Information Services to prepare, install and test any new or upgraded software in time for the start of Trimester 1. Information Services cannot guarantee that any requests submitted after that date can be delivered in time for the start of Trimester 1.
