Feeling overwhelmed during Covid-19 Pandemic? Struggling to manage your
thoughts & emotions? Do you need help coping with isolation and
loneliness? You’re not alone.
Our free online wellbeing workshop on 20 May will support you in maintaining your wellbeing
during this challenging time, helping you:
- recognise, understand and manage challenging
thoughts & emotions (e.g. anxiety, loneliness, low mood etc.)
- cope with isolation, worry, boredom etc.
during lockdown and social distancing
- learn about calming & coping
techniques (e.g. breathing, grounding, mindfulness)
The workshop is an
information-based session with an opportunity to try brief relaxation
exercises. Verbal participation is not expected. We want you to feel
comfortable and enjoy the session and we are taking precautions to guarantee
your anonymity when attending.
The format of the
online session will mainly be one or two presenters speaking through a
PowerPoint presentation. So make a tea, sit back and join us between 2pm and 3.15pm on Wednesday 20 May.
