Following
government guidance, all Edinburgh Napier University libraries remain closed.
Our advice is still to keep your borrowed books and laptops safe with you at
home. Your loans will renew automatically, and you will not be fined for
any overdue items during this time.
However,
in response to student feedback and particularly to assist those leaving the
University, we have arranged for a contact-free way for you to return Library
books or laptops if necessary.
How to return items
Your health and safety is our top priority. Please only return items if you
need to, and can do so while following the latest government guidance around
coronavirus. If you have symptoms that may be caused by coronavirus or if you
live with someone that has symptoms, please do not return items.
You can return items to:

The main
reception is in the building on the right-hand side.
Book
returns
The book
returns bin is in the main reception area. It is open access 24/7, so books can
be returned at any time.
Laptop returns
Laptops must be returned to the main reception office in the same area during
staffed hours only - Monday to
Thursday 9am-3pm. The shutter at the reception desk is closed for social
distancing purposes. If nobody is available in the office, you can call the
number on the reception door or shutter.
After you
return items, they will remain listed on your account at this time. We will
update your account as soon as we can safely restore items and staff to
libraries.
If you have any questions or need help, email library@napier.ac.uk or
call 0131 455 3500.

Covid-19 FAQS.
