Each year, a small number of colleagues to attend the Lean in Higher Education Conference. This year, with the conference unable to take place, all staff can take part via a free online festival!
These short online sessions will run from 19 to 23 October, with the aim of helping you improve how you do your work. The training will be delivered by universities from across the globe, organised by the Lean HE Community of Practice. Places are limited, so get your tickets and register now.
The sessions, relevant for all staff and designed to take less than an hour so easy to fit into a busy week, include:
- Eliminating waste in teaching
- Thriving in uncertainty
- How virtual is better
- Effective use of workspace
- Management information
- Continuous Improvement, Project Management and Change
