December payroll cut-off dates for claims and contractual changes

The colleague pay date for December this year is Monday 21 December.  

In order to ensure that all payment claims and contractual changes are processed, the following cut-off dates apply:

  • Cut off for receipt of payment claims (online and by email) – Friday 4 December
  • Cut off for all other changes (contracts/leavers/change in hours etc.) – Tuesday 8 December

We would be grateful for your support in processing and authorising any claims or changes in advance of the cut-off and forwarding to the Payroll Team at the earliest opportunity.
