Information
Services have been made aware of an issue with Webex audio.
Any
Webex sessions that were set up during July and August may have no audio when the session starts.
This
could potentially impact Induction sessions scheduled for next week.
Colleagues
who have scheduled Webex sessions should follow the steps in this
PDF to check their audio.
Webex
are actively investigating the issue and we hope to have a resolution in place soon.
