Feeling
overwhelmed with restrictions easing and re-entering life?
Have you found your social anxiety increase? Struggling with knowing how to be
in the world?
You’re
not alone! The Edinburgh Napier Wellbeing Team are running an online Wellbeing
Workshop for colleagues and students on 14 September at 4pm.
This
workshop will explore how to cope with reintegration back into life, University
and a post(ish)-pandemic world by looking at:
- Your
main concerns regarding coming out of lockdown, re-entry, and working back at
University
- Dealing
with various anxieties, including social, re-entry and change
- Overcoming
avoidance and how to reintegrate safely
- Support
services and resources
The
workshop is mostly an information-based session but will also provide some
opportunity for interaction and questions online. However, verbal participation
is not expected – we want you to feel comfortable and enjoy the session.
This
workshop is open to both students and colleagues and we’re taking precautions
to guarantee your anonymity where we can. The format of the online session will
mainly be one or two presenters speaking to a power point slide presentation.
So make a tea, sit back and let's find a way through this together.
