To maintain the integrity and security of the University network, Information Services will be replacing the core network switch at Merchiston which will incur some downtime.
The following services will be unavailable from 7am to 8.30am on Friday 11 February:

- Staff intranet - https://napierstaff.napier.ac.uk/
- External website – https://www.napier.ac.uk/
- My Account – https://myaccount.napier.ac.uk/
- Edinburgh Napier app
- Merchiston on campus desktops, including thin clients and remote connections
- Merchiston on campus Wi-Fi (eduroam)
- Network printing, scanning and copying, and the ability to add credit to your print account
- Online Video Service
- Novi Survey
- Software Center on desktops and managed laptops
- Staff H: drives and S: drives
- Research X: and V: drives
- Apps U: drive
- Dataset
