WEDNESDAY 1 DECEMBER, 6-7PM, MS TEAMS
The climate emergency is the issue of our time. What can faith communities and individuals of faith do to help solve the environmental emergency?
Join us to discuss the role individuals and communities, inspired through their faiths and beliefs, can make towards addressing the climate change crisis.
Faith communities have a key role to play in protecting the environment and driving change in society and within the national discourse.
Join us to explore:
- What can we do to live in harmony with the planet?
- What is an environmentally conscious life and why is it important?
- How does faith and belief support us in our thoughts, actions and building bridges towards making meaningful change in the face of the climate change crisis?
Faith and the Climate Crisis will be hosted by the Moderator of the Church of Scotland, Lord Wallace of Tankerness.
Streamed live on MS Teams from Edinburgh Napier University, this Chaplaincy event is for people of all faiths and none and will reflect on the challenges facing us and explore routes to action to help save our planet.
