​To enable all Information Services staff to attend an internal event on the afternoon of Wednesday 17 August, the Library and IT helpdesks will close from 1pm onwards.  

You can still contact the IS Service Desk and Library helpdesks by telephone or email using the contact details below. Your calls and emails will be diverted to NorMAN, our out of hours service - if you email us, you’ll receive a response from: it.normanhelpdesk@northumbria.ac.uk.

We will be open as usual from 8:45am on Thursday 18 August.
