Timetabling TR2 and TR3 Data Collection
 
Description

Timetabling for 2022/23 Trimesters 2 and 3 will be challenging as we once again work to tight deadlines. Your support with the timetabling process is greatly appreciated and adherence to all the deadlines will be essential if we’re to issue individual timetables in advance to our students.  This will take another team effort across our University community. 

  

The data collection form is now available for you to submit your teaching (timetabling) requests for Trimester 2 and 3 at the following URL: ModulePicker (napier.ac.uk)

 

More information and guidance is available on the staff intranet at Timetabling (napier.ac.uk). Please take the time to read through this information. Please ensure you submit your timetabling requests as early as possible and by no later than Friday 30 September 2022.

  

Staff Availability 

Staff Availability forms must be submitted each Trimester so that we can ensure we timetable with accurate and up-to-date information (for this reason previous availability data cannot be used) 

  • Please use the Staff Availability Form to advise when you are unavailable to teach between 9am and 6pm during Trimester 1.  
  • Please a use the Staff Availability Form to advise if you are available to teach between 6pm and 9pm during Trimester 1. Note that this is entirely voluntary. 

  

All forms must be signed by your Dean or Head of Subject and returned to your School Timetabling Administrator by 5pm on Friday 30 September 2022.

 

We anticipate the draft module draft module timetable being available for the review from the week commencing 14 November 2022.
