To enable all Information Services staff to attend an internal event on the afternoon of Wednesday 4 October, the Library helpdesks will close from 1.30pm onwards. There will be student helper cover in the JKCC throughout the afternoon for any face-to-face IT support requirements.
You can still contact the IS Service Desk and Library helpdesks by telephone or email using the contact details below. Your calls and emails will be diverted to NorMAN, our out of hours service - if you email us, you'll receive a response from: it.normanhelpdesk@northumbria.ac.uk.
We will be open as usual from 8:45am on Thursday 5 October.
