The Tourism Study Area launched the University’s first Massive Open Online Course today on the Future Learn platform.
The course has been created by Edinburgh Napier to help tourism organisations better understand and use information to enhance their business.
The course is free and has been developed in partnership with Scottish Enterprise, through funding by The Data Lab.
The course content has been developed with businesses such as online flight search service Skyscanner, events guide The List, online travel agent Expedia, and travel app Criton, to build digital and data skills in the tourism industry.
The course is taught at an introductory level with modules that include concepts, tools, industry case studies and online videos.
Courses start on 11 November, 20 January and 24 February.
