Title
The most important mo you’ll ever grow

Summary
This November we’re asking those who can to grow a moustache and be a walking, talking billboard for men’s health – and there’s a prize for the best ‘tache too!

Full Story

Research shows over one third of Scottish men have experienced suicidal thoughts as a result of feeling stressed – and a study this year reported almost a fifth say their mental health has got worse since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Since 2003, Movember has funded more than 1,250 men’s health projects around the world, shaking up men’s health research and transforming the way health services reach and support men – with a particular focus on mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer.

This November, we’re asking those who can to take part in Movember by growing a moustache and be a walking, talking billboard for men’s health!

We’d love to see the various stages as you experiment with styles and, of course, see the finished article on 30 November. The best moustache will win a prize - an item from our new ENU merchandise range.

Colleagues should post their moustache photos on Workplace by Facebook for the chance to win – and you’ll find some hints and tips for growing the perfect ‘tache here.

Of course, if you can’t grow a moustache, you can still get involved in Movember by encouraging men to be proactive about their health and showing love for moustaches everywhere.

Good luck and happy growing!
