Due to an essential system upgrade, the following services will be unavailable on Monday 6 January, between 10am and 2pm, and should be considered at risk for the rest of the day:
- PaperCut “Add Credit” web service
- Web Print service
- Multi-Function Devices (MFD) Print, Copy and Scan service
- Desktop connected ‘Follow Me Q’
- Some network connected desktop printer print queues
Any print jobs held in the “Follow Me Q” print queue and not released by 10am on Monday 6 January will need to be re-submitted after the service is restored. You will not be charged for any print jobs not released.
Information Services will send an email confirmation once the service is available again. Do not attempt to use any of the above services until you receive this email confirmation.
