The suppliers of the MyAccount service which allows students to access multiple services (including, but not limited to, checking in for classes) have made us aware of a system outage which is affecting access to the service. Although we have received very few reports of this directly affecting students we are making you aware of the potential for further intermittent access issues while the supplier works to resolve the problem.
Information Services are monitoring the situation and a further update will be provided at 10am on Thursday 26th October.
