Biography
Dr Kapasi is a lecturer in Innovation and Enterprise. Prior to undertaking her PhD and working in Higher Education,
Dr Kapasi ran several small businesses and social enterprises within the UK and overseas.
 
Current Research Activities
Currently working with Heriot-Watt University to examine Leadership and gender: before and after educational input
