Mentorship in Practice
The Mentorship in Practice Module intakes are currently January, May and September.
Please note, due to the new standards that will be coming in to place, there will be no more Mentorship in Practice Programmes running after the current Sep19 cohort.
Applicants for the mentorship programme require to be a registered nurse or midwife of at least I year post registration. They do not require to send their previous qualifications but do require to send in a statement of support from their line manger stating that they meet this criteria and that they will be supported on the programme by their manager. The statement of support can be found below. Additionally, in relation to references which are normally required for the Bsc. programme, applicants to the mentorship programme do not require to send any other formal references to support their application if they supply a supporting statement from their line manager.
In addition to the online application, please also complete the Mentorship Supporting Statement 18.docx
The supporting statement MUST be completed and returned in order for you to be considered on the course.
Once completed please return electronically via email to email@example.com
It is very important that the supporting statement is completed and returned for your application to be considered.
