How to Survive your PhD - Stress Control

Facilitated by Leah MacGilp and Angus Mackenzie who are University Mental Health Advisers.
The University Mental Health Advisors will run the session, which will aim to provide a practical overview, information, advice and guidance about stress and how to manage it effectively within university (PhD) life. Students will be given the opportunity to discuss their own issues in a safe space.
This course maps against the domains B1 and B2 of Vitae’s Researcher Development Framework.
