This is a two-part module which will be split into two online sessions that will take place over two days. Each of the sessions will last 2 hours.

Building on the foundation of the ENU Equality and Diversity e-learning module, this training explores Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and making changes can improve inclusivity in our working and non-working environments. Identifying behaviours, language and attitudes that promote inclusive working relationships.
The course will be conducted in an interactive and supportive online training environment and will use case studies and research to bring this to life.
Diversity and Inclusion is everyone’s responsibility and we all have a part to play in ensuring that everyone at ENU feels supported, valued and respected.
Who should attend?
This training is open to all and suitable for all ENU staff.
We aim to explore:
• Reviewing the differences in equality diversity and inclusion
• Reviewing direct and indirect discrimination, harassment and bullying and victimization.
• Avoiding behaviours that constitute unfair treatment
• Strategies for addressing or facing unfair treatment at work with practical examples on how to utilize these strategies.
• Understanding what support is available through ENU
Participants will have the opportunity to:
Increase their knowledge around diversity and leave the session with strategies to help them tackle situations when unfair treatment arises.
Attendance should be discussed and agreed with your HOD/ line manager and linked to your My Development Plan before booking.
