Event Description:
This workshop will allow you to create a draft of your own career and development plan.
By the end of this short session you will be able to:

• Explain what a career plan is and how to write a career goal
• Explain what a development plan is and how to create relevant SMART objectives
• Find additional support tools to help you prepare your own My Development and My Career Plan

Who is it for: Colleagues who need support in setting their development
objectives and career plan as part of the My Contribution cycle.

Please note:
Part 1 is 1.5 hours long
Part 2 is 1 hour long and will take place one week after part 1

You must be able to attend both parts
