Full Story

Under the direction of Nick Antonopoulos, Vice-Principal of Research and Innovation, the Research and Innovation Office has undergone some exciting changes.

The new Research, Innovation & Enterprise office now incorporates stronger support for entrepreneurship through the integration with Bright Red Triangle, and the teams are all working hard to develop a collaborative framework that will ultimately provide stronger support to academic staff, as well as providing ongoing and enhanced entrepreneurial support services to students and alumni.

What are the changes?

The structure of the old Research & Innovation Office has been revised to break down silos and positively impact organisational culture, heighten the services on offer to academic Schools, increase commercial prospects for the university, enhance the support available for academic and research staff, and create one point of contact for external businesses in relation to research, innovation and enterprise at Edinburgh Napier University – our new Research, Innovation, and Enterprise office.

What do the changes mean for you?

In light of the new departmental structure, the various teams within the Research, Innovation and Enterprise office focus on the following services. Contact points are also highlighted below.
