In response to your feedback, Information Services are delighted
to announce that Professional Services colleagues can now view their University
calendar from a personal device.
To ensure that the University meets its data protection and
information security obligations, there are some limitations to the service.
For example, you will not be able to amend calendar entries or view meeting
request body text and attachments. However, you will be able view
appointment titles, start/end times and locations, making it easier to manage
your schedule when you are out and about or away from your University managed
device.

Please be aware, the procedure may not work on all personal
devices and Information Services cannot provide support for personal devices.
