Media Walls
Information Services has multiple video wall screens at Sighthill, Merchiston and Craiglockhart campuses to leverage 4K technology to communicate messages to students, staff and other stakeholders using a combination of any or all of text, graphics, and still and moving images.

The screens use the Net Top Box (NTB) technology, a digital signage player that displays content on a screen.

Adding Content to the Screens
You must provide content which follows the Content Guidelines and is within the Supported Content Format.
You should complete the UniDesk form and upload your content to the area detailed in the form. You will also need to specify which campus(es) your content is to be displayed on and the dates / times which it is to be displayed.
You must allow 7 working days for your request to be actioned.
Please note: the screens will be scheduled to close when the University is closed.
