IT Help for Students
The IT myNapier pages and askNapier provide User Guides, Hints & Tips, answers to FAQs and other useful information for students.
Like staff, students can also use UniDesk Self Service to
- Log calls from anywhere with an internet connection without having to contact the IS Service Desk.
- Get easy access to service information including planned and unplanned service downtime.

Information Services are currently piloting telephone and email support to staff and students 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
