Booking the Rivers Suite
To book the Rivers Suite, please contact Conference Office by email or telephone on ext: 3727/3711 to check availability. The charge to book these rooms is £240 (for internal events).
Initial enquiries - Please include setup/break-down times in your booking. This helps us to plan when there are multiple events in one day or back-to-back events. In some exceptional circumstances, they may be porter overtime costs but this will be advised at the time of booking.
If rooms are free, the team will be more than happy to provisionally reserve these for up to 2 weeks. During this time, you should complete the Rivers Suite Booking form (download link below) and email to the Conference Office, in order to outline your requirements.
On receipt of your booking form, the Conference Office will issue a contract, which should be signed and returned as soon as possible in order to confirm the booking. Signing this contract is acceptance that the cost code you have provided will be charged following the event or if cancelled within 7 days of the start date. When you receive your contract you will also be given more information regarding the support you can expect as well as your responsibilities as the organiser.
