Conference & Lettings 


IMPORTANT UPDATE: The University is introducing a new advance booking system which must be used when staff and students wish to book a room, lab, PV or other equipment.


Any bookings prior to 7 September should contact Timetabling (timetabling@napier.ac.uk)​​


Conference and Lettings provide a professional and personal service to internal and external clients from initial event enquiry, taking you through the planning and organisational stages leading up to your event.
 

Our team is based at Craiglockhart Campus and are responsible for managing all external income generating events and co-ordinating all internal bookings.
