Conference & Lettings 

IMPORTANT UPDATE: The University implemented a new advance booking system called Resource Booker.  Staff and students should book a room, lab, PV or other equipment by using the following link: https://resourcebooker.napier.ac.uk/​

Conference and Lettings provide a professional and personal service to internal and external clients from initial event enquiry, taking you through the planning and organisational stages leading up to your event.

Our team is based at Craiglockhart Campus and are responsible for managing all external income generating events and co-ordinating all internal bookings.
