Directorate

Property & Facilities Directorate is headed by Elaine Hunter.   Our focus is on managing the University's key facilities, including maintaining the Estate, Energy and Sustainability, the Facilities Service Desk, Security, Cleaning, Logistics, Print Services, Engage, Catering Services, Conference management and Student Accommodation.  We also do Property Development undertaking projects to renovate the existing estate and create new facilities, with a particular focus on Project Vision.​
