Facilities Service Desk

Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 5.00pm

We deal with enquiries for; 

  • Building repairs or faults (internal/external)
  • Grounds repairs or improvements
  • Minor works, improvements and development requests
  • Porter requests (incl. campus deliveries and room setups for meeting and classrooms)
  • Student accommodation fault or repairs
  • Room Booking Online System (ad hoc)
  • Room Moves Online System
  • Visitors Car Parking
  • Digital Signage and Intranet pages (Property & Facilities only)


Outwith these hours, please contact Security Control on ext: 6119 or 0131 455 6119.  


Emergency Response procedures should be followed, if the situation is extreme.  Please contact Security Control (Emergency number), ext: 4444 or 0131 455 4444.
