Room Moves and Staff Relocation


The Facilities Services Desk will co-ordinate all room moves across the University Estate, working in tandem with Information Services and Logistics departments.  


Room Move Request

Please complete the Online Room Move Form: https://roommove.napier.ac.uk/access/login


The online form can be completed by the mover or a designated Room Move coordinator.  A form should be completed for each individual person (it is possible to add more than one person to each request, refer to tab section on the form - this is useful for group/dept room moves).


To ensure the move can be carried out timeously, a minimum of 5 working days notice is required for a room move.  Moves requiring enabling works should be notified with a minimum of four weeks notice.
