Environmental
Sustainability
We have a strong history of enhancing environmental sustainability within and beyond Edinburgh Napier. To maintain our achievements and develop our work further we have set significant commitments within our new University Strategy.
We will achieve net zero carbon in our operations by 2030 at the latest. We will also seek to minimise both our wider and legacy carbon footprint and also influence sustainable practices within and beyond our campuses.
The information and links on this site provide an overview of our work, including a range of projects students and staff are currently leading at the University. Our achievements are due to partnership and collaborative working.
You can also find out about
the accreditations and achievements we’ve received over the years, past events
we have run and useful links to a number of presentations, policies and
strategy documents.
We want to encourage as many staff and students as possible to take an
interest and get involved. If you have any questions or want to find out more
information on any of the topics covered on these pages, please do not hesitate
to contact us.
