Governance & Compliance comprises the Governance Services, Health & Safety and Procurement teams which provide corporate and information governance, health & safety and procurement support services to the University, its governing body and other key stakeholders to support delivery of the strategy and meet statutory obligations.

Our vision is to work closely in partnership with our customers in order to provide an excellent, visible, pro-active, dynamic and highly professional support service which underpins delivery of the strategy in all areas by facilitating the highest standards of corporate governance, best value and ensuring responsible compliance across a range of requirements.
